Customer Relations Centre awareness-raising workshop.

Keolis Tours | TOURS (France) | Tuesday 4 June

Agents from Keolis Tours Access (Transport for People with Reduced Mobility from the city of Tours) will be meeting agents from the Keolis Tours Customer Relations Centre. They will give them training to better understand the needs of people with disabilities and provide essential tips for interacting with these customers. For example, they will learn how to handle a telephone call with a person with speech problems.
