Adopt a station

Following the example held in London, Adopt a Station will occur in Hyderabad ! Employees from different departments, managers and a CXO will be assigned to a station and behave like its theirs for the day. They will assess the place and propose their enhancements to make it better. An action plan will be proposed by each team at the end of the day and should be implemented in the week to come afterwards.

Ride your bikes!

Keolis Dijon - DIJON, France
June, an ideal time to promote bike rental services. DIVIAVELO (short and long term rental) and DIVIAVELODI (self-service rental), will be presented on a stand installed in the heart of the city. A contest will generate traffic and earn subscriptions to these services. And to create the event, a team of 30 cyclists (Keolis Dijon Mobilités employees) dressed in the colors of DiviaMobilités will walk the streets of the city.

Customer experience: train vs electric car

Two groups of management team members will undertake a customer safari. One group travels by electric train between Enschede-Zwolle, the other group takes the electric car). In Zwolle the teams switch mode. This way a comparison can be made on speed and comfort. Both teams will join the service & safety employees. Goal is to see 'what are we good at and what needs to be improved’. At the end the teams join forces, share their experiences and list the actions for improvement

Test de l'application "Right Hear" avec des voyageurs

STAR (Rennes) - Rennes, France
L'application mobile "Right Hear" propose aux personnes aveugles et malvoyantes un système d’orientation à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur des stations de métro. Grâce à des balises intelligentes, les personnes reçoivent par oral, sur leur smartphone, des indications sur les équipements présents à proximité de leur position. Elles sont également orientées vers les rames ainsi que les entrées et sorties du métro. L’expérimentation a lieu dans trois stations pilotes jusqu’à la fin de l’année : Charles de Gaulle, République et Sainte-Anne. Dans le cadre de cette expérimentation, Keolis Rennes propose deux sessions test de l'application avec des clients mercredi 5 juin et vendredi 7 juin.
